Tracking an Order

At the time of order, we will provide you with a 'week of' shipping date for your structure. Each Monday our schedulers meet with our production team leaders to confirm that the commitments for the following week are on track.


Armed with a plan, our schedulers then call all customers who are slated for shipment the following week to confirm:

  • That the world is unfolding as we imagined it would; or
  • The vagaries of manufacturing have taken their toll and we are a little behind (or in some cases ahead).

If for some reason you haven't received a call, or it's on your mind and you just want to know how it's going, please click here and give us your name and order number and we'll respond promptly with a date verification.
