While pool cabanas under 110 square feet don't require a permit in most areas, we'd recommend that you check with your local building permit office to make sure. And since it's common for pool cabanas to have plumbing and electrical installed - this also can add a layer of complexity from a permitting point of view.
If you are building a pool cabana that's larger then 110 Sq. Ft. then you'll need permit drawings to submit. Permit drawings show details like where it's going in relation to your property lines, where doors and windows will be located, foundation details and more. We can help provide these for an additional charge - email us for details.
